Step 6 - Radio Host Volunteering and Description

The goal of TLG Radio would be to pay Program Hosts well for their services.
At the beginning of the station's life, however, depending on the station's income stream, Hosts could be asked if they would like to volunteer their time and talents until such a time that the station became economically self sustaining.

Depending on how the station's format was crystallized, Hosts might only be on the air for an hour or two a day, a few days a week.
It would be almost a guaranteed thing that Hosts would have plenty of time during the day and the week to maintain a full time job.
Participation in the station could almost be viewed as a hobby.

The entire purpose of TLG Radio is the education and elucidation of the station's listeners, and, boldly stated, is a noble and selfless mandate.
Hosts, volunteering their time to aiding in the station's growth could feel very proud that they were contributing to an institution which was providing a public service of absolute magnanimity.
And as soon as the station had the financial resources, Hosts could rest assured they would be compensated very well for their efforts.
